COMPETITION LAW BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND EUROPE (Bachelor's Thesis)

My first university thesis can be seen as a sophisticated experiment. EU Competition law is said and well-known to be the bane of law students’ life as it is plenty of legislation and cases to remember. Only few dare to go further by comparing that to the U.S. antitrust regime. I did and, because of that, I gained the extraordinary interest of all those Professors at Unibg who assessed my Bachelor's thesis written and defended in English language.
